The worst experience purchasing a vehicle I've ever had. From the start it was a terrible experience. If this wasn't the exact car that I wanted I would have walked out within the first 10 minutes. Less than a year later, my Chevy Malibu is needing an entirely new transmission. I bought a used car in August of 2025, it is now 6/1/2026. I felt pressured the entirety of the transaction to leave with a car, and when I asked to view other cars, the salesman seemed annoyed that I would want to test drive/compare others. In hindsight, I should've left without a car, as I already (less than a year later) don't have a car from Jeff Belzers.
Joe was a fantastic salesman took care of everything very efficiently. Returned calls and messages quickly took care to make the experience a great one!
Kyle and the others are great to work with and made the process simple to deal with.
What most impressed me that they did not badmouth other dealerships while many of the other dealerships did badmouth Jeff Belzers.....wich tells me the other dealerships are afraid of Jeff Belzers.All in all I was very happy with my fair trade-in price and very professional salesman Alex.I will definitely go back!

We went looking for a new jeep with no intentions of getting one that day. We had a criteria for it and if they met it we would get one. Belzer's did and went beyond.

Extremely poor customer service and all around lack of communication. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from them. When I arrived at the dealership (1.5 hours from home) the service FWD light was on. They had to keep my newly purchased vehicle to diagnose and fix, which nobody ever called to communicate things with me as to what was going on, nor did they return my phone calls (this included the Sales Manager as well). Very good pricing on the Ram 2500 I bought. Just a couple of things I have a problem with. Only proved 1 key fob. Also charges an excessive amount for document fee. $350 is ridiculous. But overall good experience.

My experience buying a car here was great! I came in with an idea of what I wanted and everyone worked hard to make this possible. I never felt pressured to purchase more than I wanted and the whole process was extremely smooth. The jeep I chose has everything I wanted and more. I am very happy with my visit.
John was excellent. He understood that I was there to purchase a vehicle and not deal with some kid that was too busy looking at his phone to even notice that I walked through the door. He understood that I had already driven a number of different vehicles and was not interested in trying to be sold something. I had a few questions about different engines and he was able to answer those questions.

Kyle is a great salesman, he road with me during my test drive and showed me all of the new features going from a 2018 to a 2025 vehicle. It was a bit of a bummer that the vehicle I had called in initially and discussed over the phone was in the process of a sale which I ended up in a vehicle costing a bit more. The process at the dealership was smooth. I would buy another vehicle at Jeff Belzers if the quality of the process remains the same.
I have been looking at buying a truck for about a year. Went to many dealership and not one person came to talk to me. I showed up just before Andrew shift was over. He came out and boom next day I have a new ride. Andrew was great to work with and made purchasing the truck fun. I told him what I wanted and he made it happen. If and when I am purchasing a new vehicle I am contacting Andrew.

I do not recommend this dealership at all. One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a vehicle purchase. I ordered my new super duty in October of 2022 with a $1,000 "refundable" down payment. The truck took almost 2 years to get, arriving in August of 2024. I was offered about the lowest possible value for my current super duty truck on trade and the new truck was discounted much less than others the dealer had in inventory. This has been the worst experience with purchasing a vehicle. I would not recommend this place to anyone close to or near this place. Terrible process, a roundabout vehicle purchase, and poor outcome. The salesman that I worked with was Joe Kennedy and would not refer him to anyone.
Bought my 2017 F350 from belzers about 6 months ago with 17k miles on it. After owning it for 4 days had check engine light, brought it back, was told the high pressure fuel and entire fuel system had to be replaced. Luckily warranty/belzers covered it. Now 6k miles later check engine light again, brought back to belzers because they just worked on it last not long ago. Same exact thing, have to replace everything.
